Gisele Bundchen 

As of my last knowledge update in January 2022, Gisele Bundchen is a Brazilian supermodel and businesswoman who has had a highly successful and influential career in the fashion industry. Born on July 20, 1980, in Tres de Maio, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, she is considered one of the most iconic and highest-paid models in the world. 

 Here is a brief biography of Gisele Bundchen: 

 Early Life: 

Gisele Caroline Bundchen was raised in a large family in Horizon Tina, a small town in Brazil. She is of German descent, with her family having German roots. Gisele grew up with five sisters, and she has often mentioned her athletic pursuits in her youth, including volleyball and handball. 

 Modeling Career: 

Gisele's modeling career began in the late 1990s when she was discovered by a modeling scout while on a school trip to São Paulo. In 1996, she competed in a national modeling contest, where she placed second. 

However, this exposure helped her gain recognition, and she soon moved to New York City to pursue modeling full-time. Her breakthrough came in 1997 when she walked the runway for Alexander McQueen. From there, her career skyrocketed. She quickly became one of the most sought-after and recognizable models globally, working with renowned designers and brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, Versace, Ralph Lauren, and Victoria's Secret. 

 Victoria's Secret Angel: 

Gisele gained widespread fame as a Victoria's Secret Angel, a role she held from 2000 to 2007. During this time, she became one of the highest-paid models globally and achieved widespread recognition for her work on the runway and in various advertising campaigns.
